As EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) ou Técnicas de Libertação Emocional são uma forma de acupressão psicológica, que envolve tocar em pontos específicos do corpo físico com as pontas dos dedos, enquanto se foca num problema emocional ou biológico específico e dizem-se frases técnicas.

Público-alvo: Este curso de autoajuda destina-se a todas as pessoas (maiores de idade) que queiram ampliar a sua qualidade de vida com técnicas simples para usarem no seu quotidiano.
